Prospective cannabis business owners who have been verified as social equity applicants can submit an application for cannabis business license preapproval through the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management’s (OCM) website.

The process for general licenses will be announced soon. In the meantime, OCM recommends preparing your proposed business plan, security plan, and business capitalization table.
